Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Term

This Salt Delivery Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is for an initial term of twelve (12) months beginning on the subscription start date.

Upon completion of the initial 12‑month term, the subscription shall automatically convert to a month‑to‑month agreement unless canceled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Under this Agreement, the Company will:
  • Deliver water softener salt to the service address on a scheduled basis according to the selected subscription plan.
  • Place salt in the designated area as reasonably accessible at the time of delivery.
  • Adjust delivery frequency as reasonably necessary based on usage, accessibility, or availability.
Salt quantity and delivery schedule are based on typical residential usage and may vary.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Subscription pricing is based on the plan selected at enrollment.
  • Payments shall be billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
  • Client authorizes automatic recurring billing using the payment method on file.
  • Rates are subject to adjustment upon renewal or with 30 days’ written notice after the initial 12‑month term.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service suspension.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • During Initial 12‑Month Term:
  • Early cancellation during the initial term may result in an early termination fee, equal to the lesser of:
    • The remaining balance of the initial contract term, or
    • One (1) month of service.
  • After Initial Term (Month‑to‑Month):
  • Client may cancel the subscription at any time with 30 days’ notice. Services will continue through the current billing cycle.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing or through the Company’s designated cancellation method.

5. Access & Delivery Conditions

  • Client is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location.
  • Company is not responsible for failed deliveries due to locked gates, pets, obstructed access, unsafe conditions, or weather‑related issues.
  • Missed deliveries caused by lack of access may not be refundable but will be rescheduled at the Company’s discretion.

6. Product Handling & Liability

  • Salt is delivered and placed as a convenience service.
  • The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from:
    • Improper storage conditions
    • Existing equipment defects
    • Overfilling due to undisclosed system issues
Client is responsible for maintaining their water treatment equipment in proper working condition.

7. Pause or Adjustments

The Company may temporarily pause or adjust deliveries due to:
  • Seasonal usage changes
  • Supply availability
  • Safety concerns
  • Client request (with reasonable notice)
Paused service does not terminate the Agreement unless expressly canceled.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the value of the most recent delivery. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

10. Acceptance

By enrolling in a Salt Delivery Subscription, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
